I have folks who swear by the vented seats, cool option, literally, but many folks note that the vented seats are by nature stiffer and not as comfy.

The content that Dean describes are what I describe as piddly stuff, umbrella holders in the B pillars, weather band for the radio, puddle lights for the back doors, heated rear seats, stuff you have to go out of the way to point out, nothing major, nothing to affect the driving enjoyment. On the other hand 2004's did get a nice subtle styling revision with new front and rear lower facias and a slight bolder look.

Bottom line I wouldn't reject any 9-5 Aero. The xenons are cool, but the halogens are awesome too, again I wouldn't reject any of them. One note is that the xenons, rainsensing wipers and vented seats are a couple of thousand new, but don't add anything in the Blue Book. The park assist has in fact become a Blue Book "hard add" for about $200 wholesale.
