05 has smaller solid disc versus the larger ventilated rotors on the 02-04 aeros, different ABS module under hood, firmer brake feel on the 05, less brake dust on the 05, larger intake snorkel on the 05, no winter button on the auto - starts out in 3rd to reduce slippage in bad weather - redundant with paddle shifters that can control that & ESP, had xenon on the 04, now have halogen lamps which have a better light dispersion although not as white or intense, DVD navi system is awesome - touch screen, scroll capability and includes the 6 cd changer in trunk, fuse maps on the back of fuse covers are gone on the 05s, different supplier of glass, fuel cap release on driver's door gone - 05 has release connected to door locks with finger spout on fuel door, no aero on door sills - just 1 piece now, daytime running lights are the tiny running 5w bulbs on the 05 instead on headlights on 04s, spare tire jack & tools under the spare for safety (tools & jack from flying around in a crash instead of at the rear secured with velcro,
