Technically in some ways and what Saab says, you can add the blue coolant to the orange BUT, as for what Saab also says, it will reduce the life span of the coolant to normal two years.
The point with the orange Dexcool that Saab started to use from 2002 is that it is good for the "life of the car". We don't know yet though what Saab means with "life of the car". GM, that has been using the Dexcool since 1996 say 5 years, 150K miles between coolant changes.
The older Blue coolant (which is still a really good one) should be replaced every 2 years or 30K miles.
It is still some controversy of the orange Dexcool and how it is working so many still suggest to change out that coolant in 2 years 30K cycles anyway.
I rather flush out the system every 2 years and 30K miles instead of the possibility of having unhappy customer years later with corrosion damage to their engine due to some chemical reaction that no one new about.
I still suggest though that you get some Dexcool to top off the system in your 2002 until it is time to flush it instead of using the blue one they sold you.
