Still No Heat, no error code though

Finally had the chance to work on my ACC this afternoon and after 2 hours no further ahead than i was before i started. Here is the story,
Little to no heat coming from any selection on ACC. When driving around town car will never heat up, but their is some airflow because you will see the window defrost every so slowly, and can feel it out of center duct. When you get the car up to about 55mph heat will increase so as to totally defrost the window, and give out enough heat from center duct to make it seem as though on low to med-low. Slow back down loss all heat. No heat at all on drivers feet.
So today i followed buck's instructions and referred to WIS and removed the air mix motor in hope of replacing the side linkage. Found the linkage was intacted. With the air mix motor disonnected, calibrated the ACC unit, got code 01-06. Hooked the motor back up and held it while calibrating, this time got 01-08. Re-installed the motor and recalibrated and got no code error, BUT STILL NO HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where do i go from here?
