Yeah, but who is going to buy it? GM won't pay you money to take it off their hands. Even if you could get it for nothing, you'd have to invest hundreds of millions to manage it to profitability. And GM would end up getting a lot of that fror the parts that are built in GM plants from Germany to Australia.
My opinion, the SAAB marque will survive only as long as GM mgt thinks they can do something valuable with SAAB's great demographics. Like sell 9-7s for better margins than they get on Envoys.
