Replacement of bulbs in the instrument cluster is not difficult. It does take a little time though. I've tried to outline the basic steps below.

1. Remove the radio
2. Remove the SID...it snaps in place. A thin flat blad will pop it loose.
3. Remove the ACC...it snaps in place. A thin flat blad will pop it loose.
4. Remove the seat heater controls
5. Remove the TCS switch (if applicable)
6. Remove the emergency flasher switch...with the SID out you can gently push it out from the back.
7. Remove the headlight switch
8. Remove the fog light switch
9. Remove the upper and lower covers
10. Remove the headlight and windshield switches
11. Remove the metal shell that the radio slides into. With the ACC and SID out of the way you can do some gentle pushing from the back.
12. Remove the 6 screws that hold in the dash panel. These are accessable from an angle on both the left and right sides of the dash. fter you've found one you'll see how they're used. You'll need a T30 Torx bit for this.
13. After you've done all of the above and you'r sure to have removed all of the screws....you can pull the dash panel loose. There are 4 clips above and to the left and right of the instrument cluster....and, below and to the left and right of the instrument cluster. If you flex the panel too much you'll crack the panel.
14. After you've removed the panel and have it out of the way....remove the instrument cluster (4 screws and a couple of cables.
15. Now you remove the back cover of the instrument cluster.
16. Replace bulb(s) as required.
16. This is a time when you might want to remove the Shift-Up bulb. I did because it bothered my eyes. In fact this was THE reason I tore into the dash the first time.
17. Take a break...then put it all back together.

Have fun...this may take you a couple of hours.
