I need some input on my 9-5 Arc, too

Happy new year, everyone!
Recently on this board there are so many ppl asking quesitons on buying pre-owned 9-5. I will be one of them. That's good, it's nice to join you, my fellow SAABers!
Today I went to the local dealer and drove two 02 9-5 Arc. I have a few questions maybe you guys can help me out:
1. My previous cars are like Buick Century, Chrysler Concorde. These 9-5s are the 1st sporty sedan that I have driven. Odd thing is that at the speed of around 70-80, I feel shudder from below and also from the gas pedal, the vibration is acceptable but definitely noticable. My experience with Buick/Chrysler didn't come with this kind of shudder. I asked the SAAB mechanic who drove the car together with me. He answer that this is normal because 9-5 is sporty car with harder suspension. It is interesting that both Arc I drove had the similiar shudder. Am I just too sensitive on this or I should have them do a balance on the old tires on those 2 Arc?
2. I know turbo comes with a lag. But what I noticed is that when I let the gas pedal go, you see that the RPM and speed drops , the car is still moving forward, but then after one second or so, suddenly you feel a loss of power and then everything back to normal. I asked my friend and he said this is normal for turbo. I just want to know you guys' opinion here. Thanks.
