it has been a long time since doing this but as I remember punch in the button center pin and pull out. remove the small plugs in the door handles, screws inside, remove the trim above the window ledge by carefully starting at the mirror and working back and up. this is where I run out of memory but I believe there are several press fit plastic pins that help position the panel use a wide putty knife slide around the panel and if a pin is encountered slightly pry it out. good luck- try to save the rain sheet - there is a bead of adhesive all around the perimeter. use putty knife to help it off. While in there grease the joints with lubriplate spray- do not disturb the rear rubber slide for the glass- it is a bear to set back correctly.
