We have sold a few of these mostly for other models since the (now discontinued) remus was so cheap. Two months ago UPS delivered it with a small dent about quarter size in it, its an exhaust. The Ferrita systems are sent from Sweden in a special heat shrink pallet with protection over the tip. This is much better than the JT in a box or the factory Remus systems... No ups claim was made at that time he chose to go ahead and run it. Now supposedly he has found a small crack in one of the welds while he was polishing it which we will certainly stand behind by repairing defects. From shipping or install or manufacturing We will certainly stand behind it. I guess now since he is trying to sell the exhaust it is a problem. 8025055164, 8027031968 We support the lifetime warranty on these in the USA by repairing defective components that affect the use. Something this simple does not need a brand new replacement. As always there are better ways of getting what you want ;)
