Yes and no. Resetting headlight option via Tech II to Option 1 will get you parking lights in the middle position. I say yes and no for two reason, you don't actually get parking lights in the middle position you get city lights i.e. the parking lights are lit up but so are the extra low wattage bulbs in the headlight housing causing the headlights to glow but not cast out light. You also get them key on or off so you have to remember to turn off the lights when you park.

If you have your headlights reset to Option 1, you might want to have the fog lights set to Option 1. Then they will work with the parking lights and with the high beams (the latter is not legal in the U.S. but nobody on this site has ever reported a problem with that).
