That's the normal oil change interval, every 10k so a max of 12k is fine. 10k oil changes are fine under normal service. Changing the oil more frequently wouldn't make the car last any longer. Shouldn't be any sludge issues, which is beat to death on this BB, and CPO assures that. "under 22k" must mean $22k which is excellent for a CPO.
The 9-5 is probably so much smoother and quieter that it doesn't feel as fast. I think a 9-5 might be somewhat heavier than a 9000 and that might be a contributor too.
And "All the cool people drive SportWagons" is my mantra. And a 9-5 Aero SportWagon is the ultimate Saab and the ultimate hatchback too.
