Check out 8AA2YM threads as he has step by step pics on how to remove the module (6 T-20 screws). You then send it out to Auto & Truck Electronics (http://www.autoecu.com) to have it rebuilt for $249 (5 year warranty) plus shipping both ways. I doubt that SaabUSA would cover this under goodwill warranty unless you are the original owner and have been having your local dealer do all your service. Even if they do cover this under goodwill warranty, I doubt that it would be 100% and your out of pocket would probably exceed the above mentioned DIY repair.
