I actually just did this today. You can purchase the lights(green LEDs) at genuinesaab.com under interior acessories for the 9-5 they are $5 each. To replace them, just pop out the switches, by using a screw driver. Unplug them, but make sure the wire doesnt fall back through the whole in the dash. There is a white cover on the side, just take that off and you will see the LEDs. To remove it, flip the switch over and you will see a hole. This is the back of the LED. You can use a flathead screwdriver to take it out, or by using a small pair of pliers to twist on the LED bulb (the latter is not recommended since you could possibly break the bulb). Luckily for me, removing and replacing the existing bulb turned out to make the bulb work. There must have been a connection problem between the LED and the metal connections. This only worked for one of my bulbs, so I will have to order a few.
Hope this helps,
Jake Ritari
