My just purchased Saab has blown Turbo!

Well, I bought the 2002 9-5 Arc on Friday, February 3rd and the Turbo is bad. This morning when I started it, I saw blue smoke. This afternoon, I remove the rubber coupling on the intake manifold and oil poured out. The car has a CPO warranty. Should I let them replace the turbo or ask for a refund?
I'd also like to know what precautions to take to get the most life out of the turbo? I don't think it should have failed with only 46.7K miles? Anyone on this forum have a pre-oiler installed on their Saab or an oil accumulator to protect the turbo?
Please help, do I let them fix my car or attempt to get my Check back?
