Yes, 60,000 mile interval for belt, first one paid for by Saab. Tensioner pulleys and idler pulleys should be replaced. Make sure water-pump is also OK. This is what is called an interference engine which means that the valves will crash into the pistons if the cam-timing gets out-of-whack - such as a broken belt or one that jumps a few teeth. Not easy to install either. There's a tension adjustment along with special tools to hold the crankshaft and cams in position. The idler mounts have ecentrics to adjust the relative position of each cam. I did this process on a Cadillac Catera 3.0 V-6 which I think is the same Vauxhall/Opel engine. Have a Saab Dealer do the belt or a Saturn/Cadillac Dealer as they use the same V-6 in some models. I would check the intake side of the Turbocharger for leaks. Pull the rubber hose off the intake manifold and make sure there's no oil in the rubberhose or intake - presence of motor oil is a leaky turbo seal. Turbo can get expensive.
