Saab took over 9 months - from May 05 until the end of Jan 06 for the window regulator on my 9-3 CV to arrive. After many calls to Saab USA begging for a solution or even an arrival date, I gave up and decided to sit and wait.
I had to drive around for most of the winter with a window that would not close fully. Saab offered no loaner or alternative solution. The car is fixed now, but my confidence in the brand is completely shaken.
I hope you at least get a loaner, as you can't drive you car at all!
Good luck
Ryan in CT
