Rear camber update

My dealer put in two shims since Saab told him this is the maximum number. The dealer finally came round to realize that adding endless shims is just a bandaid that doesn’t really fix the problem. The dealer wants to send the car to have the frame checked for trueness at a body shop. We both suspect it will be true, but want to be sure. The dealer did do some measurements and everything appears to be ok. The techs at the dealer think that perhaps the hub flange where the shims mount has sagged/deformed and allowed the camber to settle too negative. I willing to let them give it a shot, but I doubt weight bearing components can just deform. It is still one degree off even with two shims. The dealer said all the bushings looked good. I don’t understand how everything can be fine and yet there still is a problem.
Any other ideas?
