The BBS wheels are probably stronger than fewer-spoked wheels that have lots of space between the spokes. That's a consideration too if you have bad roads and a propensity to bend wheels.
The klingon (00/01 aero wheels) are stronger than Viggen wheels though.
You haven't had hard to clean wheels till you've had wire wheels (as found on pre-1970ish classic cars).
Waxing the shiny parts of the wheel helps.
