White sludge in the oil inlet - any suggestions?

Hello everyone.
I noticed a strange thing in my car (2001 95 2.0 LPT 150 BHP). After a long trip 1200 km at quite a high speed I noticed a white sludge in the oil inlet, when checking the oil level. The sludge looked like a face cream... What was strange... the car took 1 liter of oil during this trip. I frequently check the oil level and It didn't take any oil before (even after 10 000 km). The cooling fluid level was ok and the fluid was clean so I don't suspect the engine head seal to be broken. After that I changed the oil and made another long trip... There was a white sludge again but the oil level was ok. After a few days during regular everyday town trips, the sludge disappeared. Since then I made 5 000 km and the oil level is still ok and there is no sludge. When changing the oil I asked a mechanician what is wrong and he told me that the white sludge is typical and is caused by a high temperature changes. He said that the turbo engine can burn the oil when it works hard (150 km/h, 1200 km trip, 4 persons onboard, full trunk and a roof trunk).
Have any of you experienced the sludge? And why the engine burned the oil... only one time...???
Any suggestions appreciated.
Peter.
