The 4 cyl doesn't have a timing belt so you don't need to worry, just change the oil every 6 month or 5K miles and the timing chain will last forever.
As for the V6, as long as you have a mechanic that can take a peak at the timing belt and see if any dry cracks start to develop and also when you feel you will reach the 60K mileage.
You might have to do the timing belt before the 60K if it takes too many years to reach 60K with your driving.
I don't remember seeing any time interval for the Saabs, but Volvo have 105K miles or 10 years as maximum but I have now seen many Volvos with less than 105K miles and about 5-6 years of age with plenty of drycracks so I know that 10 years is really to push it.
