I've done both. The Saab one is not nearly as simle to install, but it is straightforward. Do be careful to not scratch up the bumper skin whan you remove it. But given the choice of paying ~100.00 for new Draw-Tite vs whatever for a used Saab, I'd stick with the Draw-Tite. I hate working with rusty bits of metal.
That said, I think the Saab drawbar is better, so you may want to get that prt, as well as the electrical connector from the junk Saab. You will have to grind off ~1/4" of the end and a small amount of the top next to the ball, but you end up with a hitch ball height much more in line with most rerailer tongues.
Too bad; I just threw away the Saab directions a month ago when I sold my old wagon.
