Intermittant Stalling

I've had a couple of episodes during the last week where my 99 9-5 2.3 has acted as though it were about to stall. The first time I was driving slowly in a subdivision. The car was jerking, or bucking a bit. It acted as though it was either misfiring, or running out of gas.
When I accelerated it the problem seemed to go away. I though perhaps it was due to bad gas.
The second time (last night) my wife was driving at 50 mph when it happened. She pulled off the road and called me from her cell phone. Before she turned the car off, she reported that all gages read normal, and the tank was full of gas. We decided for her to start it and drive the rest of the way home. To her surprise, after she restarted the car, there were no further problems on the way home.
I'm guessing it's either a crankshaft position sensor, fuel pump, or DIC problem. The car has 113,000 miles on it. The DIC was replaced at 79000 miles. The fuel filter was recently replaced.
I haven't had any codes read yet there's no SES light on.
Does this problem sound familiar to anyone?
