Your Owner's Manula will help you there. After you start the car, you just need to let the oil light go out and let the engine go for about 10 seconds. Then drive. Don't punch it (as with any car) until it's warmed up.
After a long trip, it's good to let the engine idle down for a couple of minutes, especially in hot weather.
