Dash Vents Not Working

First off, I have done a search for this problem, I found similar, but not quite what is happening w/ my Saab.
I have a 2002 9-5 Aero. On high, the blower directs air through both the lower and defrost vents, though nothing but a dribble through the dash vents. All rear vents work perfectly.
I did not notice this problem until recently, as I do not like air in my face. I wanted to take care of it in the event of selling the car when I buy a new Sabb. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
Thank you, MJB
