My money is on a bad vac line or a sensor. Get the code read. Autozone reads them for free, but my local one said that they will not reset the code after you replace the part. Actually one person there would one day and another would not the next. Anyway they also sell the tool to reset and read codes yourself, but you can get them cheaper online(ebay and others).
My old 9k had the same kind of problem and it was a vac line. Maybe you will get lucky...
