Turbo squeaking? and.. power steering noise (long)

2001 9-5, 2.0 LPT, 140 000 km
I have this car for half a year and I know that turbo engines must be well taken care of - and I do take care of it. I change oil every 10 000 km, and cool down the turbo before turning the engine off, etc... Though I noticed (from the very beginning, when I bought this car) that sometimes, especially when there is hot outside, that after turning the engine off, I can hear that the turbo is still rotating for some seconds(it's the slightly audible, low pitched sound and some vibrations). You can hear it from inside the car or when you put your ear next to the front grill. NOW THE PROBLEM: yesterday I noticed that this sound started to be accompanied by another, squeeking sound - grasshopper like (hehe). It sounds like rotating bearing not greased properly. Recently the car started to consume some oil... Does this mean that the turbo is dying???
NOW THE POWER STEERING: the thing is that the p/s pump makes lo pitched, whining noise, especially when turning the wheels. I know that all p/s pumps make some noise, but mine is surely above the reasonable noise level... Is this normal for 9-5's??? The p/s fluid level is ok. It has a bit red/transparent colour... Is there any cure for this noise??? It's totally frustrating, especially in the car like 9-5. I would appreciate any advice.
Forgive my english...:)
Peter.
