1999 9-5 4cyl. I have been having problems while starting the past few days and noticed a smell of gas, so I checked the fuel pump under the rear seat and there was a small amount of gas on top of the pump. It looked like the valve to the return line was cracked slightly and while investigating it further the valve completely cracked in half. I've searched a bit, but can find the part number for the valve - and if I find it, is it something that I could just do myself - attach one end to the pump and the other to the return line itself?

The part that cracked it the closeup in the lower right hand corner of the pic - the pic is of the valve and line of a saab 9000.
