1. No the CPO is a fixed term of 6/100 from the in service date or 2 years and 50k beyond the original factory warranty. There is no option for an extension.
2. Yes Saab CPO is a Saab factory warranty honored by any Saab dealer.
3. There's no such thing as a CPO without maintenance records, theoeretically that is, a Saab dealer that sells you a CPO'd car is vouching for the service history. If you buy a CPO car from it's subsequent owner sometime later, not the CPO'ing dealer, the CPO goes with the car, but any warranty implies a documentation of proper service especially as regards to sludge which is strictly a proper service issue. Many parts of the car don't require any specific service and could be warranty with no service records, but sludge is a service history issue and proof of an adequate service history is fundemental.
