There's still not offically a 9-5 called an Aero. Instead of a 2.3T Sport or a 2.3T with the sport package, we got 'em both ways in 2006, same car same price, the '07 Sport stuff will be called the Aero package and there will be an Aero badge on the rear of the car, so in a way, the 9-5 Aero is back, not that it really ever went away.
The 17" wheels and Aero brakes (non vented rears) are standard on all 9-5s and they all have the 260hp engine as why make a reduced output version that uses just as many of the same parts and gives the same fuel economy?
