03 9-5 Linear Wagon - tramlining, rolling and bending

My wife bought an '03 9-5 Linear Wagon, with another 9 months of warranty on it/
The current mileage is 22000.
The car is completely stock.
I find that the car flexes and rolls around like an old Buick and tramlines like nobody's business. Often it feels like the tail wants to go in a different direction than the front.
I've had 2 Viggens myself, before moving on to a Porsche, and none of these cars exhibited this behavior on the same roads we drive the 9-5.
The car is clean and an initial inspection by my Indy reveals nothing suspicious with the chassis (i.e. no accident damage).
My question: is this normal for the 9-5 linear suspension / tire combination?
Will I be able to fix this by upgrading the suspension to that of the 9-5 Aero wagon? Or would I need some sort of brace as well?
I look forward to the board's input.
