Below post was from someone else that I copied. Also, check for posts on replacing cabin air filter for very detailed instructions
the offending area is right where the drain line connects the the air box. This can be accessed by gently peeling back the carpet about 9" to the rear of the accelerator pedal along the side of the center console. You will see the rubber drain hose at the bottom of the box(it steps down and is held in place by a spring clamp) remove the line at the clamp and clean it out. The passenger line is a little tougher to reach as you will need to remove 4 plastic clips to get the hard carpet shell out of the way(you'll see what I mean) push the center of the clips in about 1/8" and pry them out. Just be carefull with the carpet as it can rip very easily.
