unless somehow you could go directly from a brand new 2002 to a brand new 2006, but after 500 miles I would say yes, the non-sport is a bit firmer, but don't forget that's on new rubber too. Which is Pirelli this time for me, not Michelin, and although these tires don't have the best rep, they are working out fine.
This is a very fine car. I've driven it slowly in traffic, I've had my mom in it, I've done freeway time, and I was finally able to do a fun run in Angeles Forest. This car can do it all; on the fun run I was experimenting greatly with the paddle shifting and sometimes I'd accidentally exceed the posted limit by a small margin, and man you can fling this car around. It stays cool calm collected, just does what you ask it to. I don't mean to gush, but I'm more impressed and comfortable each day. Unfortunately, the new head unit is not as user-friendly as the old. And if you get parchment leather, the rear package shelf matches and its whiteness reflects like crazy in the back window.
Oh, and the new wheels are really, really attractive. Probably the best stock manufacturers wheels I've ever seen, and if they're as light as they look, all the better.
