First, Thanks to 8AA2YM. Your DIY was extremely helpful.
I have removed my ABS Module and ready it's ship out to be refurbished ($180 versus +$3500 quote from dealer), but can i drive the car around without the unit attached. I know i can, but how should i protect the area now exposed? Can i put some plastic on it and tape over it, is it o.k. to leave exposed?
The only trip i need to take this week is a 220mile all highway trip to one of my construction sites to clean thing up and turn in final invoice. The rest of the time i can drive the pickup.
thanks in advance
