I've been in Atlanta since 1998 and have had 4 Saabs during this time
My take on...

Service:
Sovereign is great! Nice shop, clean, easy to talk with them about your vehicle. They are said to be pricey, but I would trust them completely with any of my cars. I've had work done on my classic 900 vert, and OG900.
If it is a quick job, you can actually get some work done in their comfy waiting room...just like home.

Jim Ellis has been good for warranty work for the short but sweet periods that I had coverage, and I've even picked up parts there when I didn't plan ahead a day or two with Eeuroparts or thesaabsite

I live intown too, so I've sampled Atlanta Import Autoworks (Poncey Highland) who specializes in Saab and Volvo. I've had a few things done there that were painful DIY stuff (Wheel hub, scan tool requirements, etc.) with no complaints.

Purchasing:
TJ Vogt is easy to work with. I've bought one car from him (99 9-3SE) but it was a pleasant experience. pmcar.com is the site, but it was a little too far north for me to easily "swing by".

Saabway in Marietta has a lot of nice cars, and a huge selection. Most are under warranty, so you can easily get them sorted at no cost. I just purchased a 2003 Aero last week and am really loving it. I must have driven 4 Aeros, and that was after trying out the A6's too. They had me take an Aero overnight..sneaky sales trick that absolutely works.

Good luck
Shaun
