A/C Noise found and Fixed

I had no takers on advise for the hammering noise to the frequency of a fast toung roll on my 2003 9-5 so I went at it alone and found the problem. This would only occur at low engine speed mostly idling. I found the AC hose bracket under the P/S hoses at the passenger side mount had broke the lower tab that holds the pure metal hose for the AC going to the Expansion valve. I took pull ties and held the other hoses out of the way in an attempt to drill a hole in the bottom of the plastic of this bracket to pull tie it. I could not get a drill bit in even with a 90 degree adapter so I took a nail and bent it 90 degrees in a vice and used a small pair of vice grips to hold it and heated it to a red glow and then played the ultimate game of "operation" by not touching anything but the bracket (key is pull tie all other hoses out of the way first) and seared me a hole under the bracket. I then took a 3 inch piece of 5/16 fuel line sliced long ways to open and place around the metal A/C line and set this back onto the brack and used 3 small pull ties to secure it and not a peep since. Cheep fix and this will probably last longer than a new defective Saab bracket. FYI
