OEM Parts is the first thing to be sure of. 2nd is a high quality paint job. I would have it quoted and live with the scratches and put the money in the car fund. Not just to be cheap but factory paint seems to hold up better than repainting it. Maybe patch the little dent holes with epoxy and touchup paint.
