Got trouble. Help needed!

Pulled off the highway today with oil draining off the bottom of the engine, some coolent up top (probably from the overflow bottle) and the serpentine belt off the pulleys.
The belt and pulleys were replaced at 66000 miles, the car now has 118K miles on it.
When I started it I thought I noticed an unusual ticking sound, so I opened the hood and looked at the engine. Didn't see any problem and didn't hear the sound any longer so I closed the hood and went on my way. 20 miles later my power steering failed. A few seconds after that my the warning triangle llit and single "dong" sounded I proceeded to the next exit off the highway (about a mile or less) and pulled onto a side street. The temp guage was reading normal. The car was running normally when I shut it down.
When I looked under the hood, there was some clear fluid on the top of the hood inner and some engine components(drivers side only). I believe it was antifreeze.
However, there was also oil dripping off the bottom of the engine. None was showing on the dipstick.
I'd expect loss of power steering and overheating as a result of losing a serpentine belt, but I don't understand why I'd be seeing oil -especially with the temperature guage reading normal.
Has anyone had this happen and what's going on here? Any help is appreciated.
