The formula is P=IE. Where
P=Watts
I=Amps
E=Volts
The circuit you're using is fused at 30 Amps....it should handle about 350 Watts. A 200 watt load translates to about 16 amps, a good margin of safety particularly since the laptop's current requirement when charging is less.
CONCLUSION:
You have a good margin of safety for your intended use of the inverter based upon specifications you have provided.
