When we were having the problem with the switch, when we opened the door the overhead/dome light would come on but the courtesy light under the door would not and the seat control buttons were inop. I don't know how or why that would happen as I also can only find one plunger switch in the door sill near the tire pressure sticker. But when I wiggled that plunger switch the under door courtesy light came on and the seat controls worked again. Maybe two contacts in the same plunger switch and one went bad?
