Though I've not seen this answered on the boards, I was given the impression that a full flush of the Aisin-Warner automatic transmission was impossible. The several quarts of fluid you can't get at on a normal drain are in the umm...torque converter? and there's no way to get it out.
Having said that, if it were possible to flush the transmission, it certainly is not economically viable at that price. The place I get my oil changed charges me $30 to drain transmission fluid out and put the Toyota IV in.
