Hi!
My experience with them was really bad too. I hit someone from behind and had $4000+ damages to my car. The biggest problem I had with them was they never had the car ready on the day they promised. Delayed three times with excuse and last one was lie. The paint finish was terrible with many dust bubbles which I can clearly see. I wonder how can they miss something like this. Next thing was the hood that did not open after few days later for oil change. I managed to open and find out they did not tightened the log screw. I don’t know what they were thinking when they were repairing customer’s car.

I hope this is just one customer had bad experience with VOB.

Not a place to have my car fixed again.
