Hi Les:

The Delco battery I had lasted 29 months. In Nov 05, I wound up with a Costco Kirkland Group 35 battery that fits the tray retainer properly (front-back), is a bit shorter that the tray in the long dimension and is about 3/4" taller than the Delco was. The plastic battery cover just kind of hangs over it but it clears the hood just fine. The thing only cost me about $50 Cdn with a 100 month warranty... 36 months w/free replacement!

BTW, I only have 500 kM left on my extended warranty ending at 110,500 km. I just had the car in to Pointe West for check and inspection of my SID which developed 3-4 persistant failed lines of pixels. Tech could not repair so I get a new one as my last fix covered by the warranty.
