Would be a good idea. I had a 9k that did not have any shock work done from 180-260k. Drive great until 250s when the back drivers lost fluid. Keeped driving just a little werid feeling in sharp bumps curves. Anyway before that replaced clutch slave and while working on that the drives shock fell out of the tower(old bushing) Well keeping in tune with to much wrong with the car to spend another dime on it, I shoved it back up in the hole and it drove fine. Was a bit worried to try dukes of hazzard moves after that, but seems to stay in place fine and still drove straight. So long story short. If you have it apart it might be worth the 42 bucks now instead of taking it apart twice.
