First I would get a new gasket for the headlight (I presume this is what you are talking about). You would likely have to get this from your dealer. Then I would removed the headlight from the car: 1) remove grill (two screws on top, lift out, 2) remove side marker light (1 torx screw on top) let hang from electrical cord, then remove the head light (3 screws/bolts? and an electrical connection - slide the red collar away from the plug and it falls off). Then remove the 6 clips holding on the lens and remove the lens. In my experience just drying it doesn't work for beans and can scratch the reflector, so set both the lens and the light body out in some nice hot sun and let it bake for a few hours (I did it in the winter and used heat vents).
After you get it good and dry, make sure the caps over the bulbs are firmly seated and the drain is clear (there's got to be a drain somewhere though I don't remember where. Then reinstall everything in reverse order, of course using the new gasket. Make sure the gasket seats well and the old gasket is completely cleaned out. This should do it, if not you are beyond my experience.
