Mine has the same problem. It did this back 6 months ago and I took it in for warrantee fix. Now it's doing it again. The problem is the check valve, which keeps fluid in the line during the time you're not actively squirting and is supposed to allow fluid to squirt when you want to actively squirt. There's a little rubber piece inside that wears out or gums up. I used to replace the rubber "washers" in my 1993 900S front windshield washer check valves about every 6 months. Find the valve, pull it off the hoses, pry it apart with a pocketknife, and keep track of the parts inside. Clean out the old rubber washer and replace. I just cut circles out of kids balloons. If you can find the check valve and take it apart, you'll see what I mean. My problem with the 9-5 wagon is I don't know where the check valve is for the back washer! If somebody knows, please post.
Good luck.
