Check the small VAC line from the TB to the FPR. If bad mixture will go to hell. Rich on low throttle, ok at zero boost and lean when getting on boost.
Plugs may be fouled and might not run well if you find and fix something like the above. Pull plugs and read them. Gap ok? Proper plugs ... BCPR6ES11's
A bad DIC can do things like this... how many miles in that DIC?
P1390 is misfiring that could lead to a damaged CAT converter. EGR calibration would nuts in response to other problems... the O2 sensors and CAT may be working fine but are grumbling about the misfires.
So VAC line, cheap and easy, plugs and DIC might be failing. Thottle body would not cause these misfires.
