A 330i is a pretty nice car, a 330iX somewhat less so as the AWD doesn't really add to the sporting nature, all weather capability yes, sportiness no.
Also fuel economy is a concern with AWD 3's.
IMHO thought, a 330 isn't hardly in the Saab 9-5 Aero league, the 9-5 is really taking on the 530's and 540's. 'Bout the same weight as the iX, maybe the Saab is even lighter, the BMW has much less power and torque, less room, less luxury.
Typical Saab vs BMW comparison, an older higher mileage Bimmer for the price of a newer faster Saab.
