Based on my experience with other cars the pumps merely plug into the resevoir body. Typically there is a tapered rubber block on the nose of the pump very similar to a one-hole stopper from high school chemistry class. This block is a force fit into a large diameter opening in the flanged bottom of the resevoir, and the body of the pump snaps into a shaped recess on the side of the resevoir.
The cure to your leakage could be as simple as pushing the tapered rubber block deeper into the resevoir body. Maybe it has jiggled loose over time. The resevoir appears to be reached via the left front wheel opening, after the tire and inner fender are removed.
