I haven't had to do that repair so I don't know for sure. I also didn't find any specific procedures in WIS about it.
My gut feeling though tells me that it might be possible by dropping the subframe down some and use a general puller tool like a hub tamer kit from OTC (OTC-6537 $350.00).
A kit like that comes with different sleeves/spacer and discs for different type of bushings and bearings and I use it when replacing front wheel bearings on some Saab models.
I wouldn't know for sure until looking at the setup and test different spacers.
