This has been discussed to death here. I have an '01 Aero, had the same problem. Long story short: they replaced the DIC and upgraded the software. No joy. Replaced CPS. Nada. (All under CPO warranty - no cost to me) Advised to stop using Mobil fuel; switched to Sunoco 93 Octane. End of problem.
